Early childhood education

Bringing more than a decade of experience working in early childhood education, Amy Friedlander is a trainer/consultant based in Philadelphia and partnered with a national consulting practice, Opportunities Exchange.

 Amy has presented on various early childhood topics at national conferences and provided hundreds of hours of business training to family and center-based providers in the Philadelphia region. Recent consulting engagements include: strategic planning around early childhood education services for Philadelphia’s Housing Authority, development of a national replication model for an evidence-based support program targeted to family, friends, and neighbors caring for young children, and creation of tiers of quality improvement and business support services for family childcare providers in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Amy holds a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University and a BA from the University of Virginia.
