Rashaun Reid, M Ed, Ed D

SCHOOL INNOVATION & FACILITATION

Dr. Rashaun Reid is a seasoned educational leader and data-driven strategist with over two decades of experience spanning school leadership, nonprofit programming, and school transformation.

With a deep belief in the alignment of mission, vision, and team capacity, he has successfully led school turnarounds, supported charter development, and designed frameworks that elevate leadership and instructional outcomes. His expertise includes teacher and leader development, grant acquisition and management, data analysis, and culturally responsive programming.

Dr. Reid currently serves as Director of Big Futures at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, where he oversees college and career readiness programming and builds strategic partnerships to amplify the impact of youth mentorship. He previously held senior leadership roles at KIPP, Skyrocket Education, and The Great Oaks Foundation, and has supported school transformation projects nationwide through his work. Dr. Reid holds degrees from Temple University in Early Childhood/Elementary Education, Educational Administration, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Duquesne University.

Professionally, Dr. Reid is motivated by opportunities to design, innovate, create, and facilitate learning. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to new countries, especially those with great beaches.
